The Master of Science (MSc) Customer Success Manager & Project Management allows students to develop a dual skill set in management and customer relations.

It is certified by the French RNCP at level VII (National and international organizational project manager)

This MSc program gives students the skills they need to enter the job market once they graduate, in the role of Customer Success Manager.
A Customer Success Manager is knowledgeable about sales techniques, and may be called on to work on projects involving multiple departments, including marketing, sales, support, and IT.

The Customer Success Manager supports clients in using the solutions that their companies offer; he/she is involved after the sale, and helps clients/users optimize their use of the solution that his/her company sells.

Curriculum


MSc 1 (one academic year, requires a French Bac +3 or an undergraduate degree) – 60 ECTS credits in management basics.

MSc 2 ( one academic year, following the MSc 1 year, or requires a French Bac + 4 or an undergraduate degree). The MSc 2 includes 90 ECTS credits and focuses on developing technical skills in customer relations management.
